Crugnale Properties LLC has broken ground on its own branded extended-stay hotel, trademarked under XStay Suites™. This 4-story, 50-room hybrid hotel/apartment with function space ameneties will be the first of its kind featuring studio and 1-bedroom units with full kitchens, accommodating long-term stays if needed. This new, state-of-the-art, minimal, spa-like interior is designed fully furnished.
With this new trademarked hotel, plans are to expand to future locations which will be announced soon!
